Prepare for the interview

Hopefully you have done the company research. If not, now it is about time! This section is about what questions you should expect in an interview.

Imagine you are the best possible candidate. How do you show it? How do you prove that the value you provide overweights the risk the company is taking? What are quick wins for the interview?

• But remember, this isn’t about gaming the process — it’s about showing empathy for your audience and telling them a story that matters to them.

• Potential questions you can be asked in an Interview:

  • Please tell me about your previous and current job.
  • In case you have a current job, can you tell us why do you want to leave it? (In case you don’t have a current job, please let us know why you left your last job)
  • Please tell me about your IT skills - It refers to anything related to Information Technology, such as networking, hardware, software or the Internet
  • Can you tell me please, why would you be interested in working with us? I mean why would you like to work here?
  • What’s your dream job?
  • What do you hope to achieve during your first six months here?
  • What is your current salary? What was your last salary?
  • What are your salary expectations for this position at the beginning of our cooperation? Would that be negotiable? What would be your minimum expectations?
